Relaxation Massage

Provide a general summary of the services you provide, highlighting key features and benefits for potential clients.

Whole Body Relaxation Massage

A whole body relaxation massage is a gentle treatment that uses smooth, flowing massage techniques to promote relaxation and comfort.

The massage is performed using light pressure and is designed to provide a calming experience while helping to ease everyday muscle tension.

(This is not like a remedial massage where the tension is released better with a deeper pressure)

This treatment typically includes the back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, and feet, with pressure adjusted to suit your comfort and preferences.

Potential Benefits

  • Provides a relaxing and enjoyable experience

  • May help reduce feelings of stress and promote a sense of calm

  • Can temporarily relieve mild muscle tension and stiffness

  • Encourages time for rest, self-care, and relaxation

  • May improve your sense of physical and mental well-being

  • Can help you feel refreshed and rejuvenated after treatment

What to Expect

Relaxation massage is not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage specific injuries or medical conditions. Instead, the focus is on helping you unwind and enjoy a soothing full-body massage tailored to your comfort level.

Whether you're looking to take a break from a busy schedule or simply enjoy some dedicated relaxation time, a whole body relaxation massage offers a peaceful and restorative experience.

Table Size & Client Safety

My electric massage table is a sports and remedial treatment table designed for active treatment techniques. While it has a high weight capacity, the table is narrower than some spa and wellness massage tables.

For safety reasons, clients must be able to comfortably lie on the table with their arms beside them and independently change positions during treatment.

If you have concerns about the table dimensions, mobility requirements, or your comfort while turning over on the table, please contact me before booking to discuss whether the treatment setup is suitable for your needs.

Client and practitioner safety is always the highest priority over money.
