  • Clinical Precision & Oil: All treatments are performed directly on the skin using professional-grade oils. This allows for the specific "depth and glide" required for Myofascial and Active Release techniques.


  • Gluteal (Hip) Health: As the glutes are the engine of female athletic performance, they are a primary focus for lower back and hip relief. To ensure clinical access without restriction, a G-string is required for these treatments. I provide complimentary disposable G-strings for your convenience.


  • Draping & Modesty: Your sense of safety is non-negotiable. I utilise professional clinical draping at all times, ensuring only the area being actively treated is uncovered.


  • Mandatory Medical Reporting: To uphold my Duty of Care, I require medical reports for all injuries or spinal surgeries 48 hours before treatment. For your clinical safety: No report, no treatment.
