Alternative Mixed Session with a Difference – For Women Only

Please note: this session is strictly for women. I've had several situations where men have tried to book their wives in for a session and claim their wives can’t come, but they want the session. There have also been cases of individuals identifying themselves as women but are males.


We welcome everyone’s individuality, but for this session, participants must be women who were assigned female at birth.


Special $150 2-hour session. $200 in 2026. Once you book in for this session and you are a regular client, the price stays the same for the year you booked in for the session. If you need more than one session, like most ladies do, I can make it a bit cheaper. 


Please read the Important Notice for safety for all at the end of this page and Testimonials. You will need to meet me before discussing the session, so you know how and what's going to happen in the session, and have a look around and meet me in person before, as you will be more comfortable and relaxed before the session.  I can answer questions by email or text, also. My table is not the size of a Thai massage, so I am unable to take a larger person due to the safety and comfort of the client and myself. 


This session is not for everyone, so if you are really ready to let go, then please contact me for any other information you might need. This is all about letting go of stress and relaxation. 


To ensure each person has the space to fully relax and express their emotions, partners are kindly asked not to remain on-site or wait in their car during the session. If a partner needs to be involved, we’re happy to arrange a separate meeting the day before. This helps maintain a safe and supportive environment for everyone, especially in situations where privacy and safety are important.


(Safety Notice) For your safety and peace of mind, if your partner is controlling and would not allow a session with a male, you might consider seeing a female practitioner.


Book for the evening since it’s the best time to relax, but it can also be arranged during the day if you can only come between school hours or when your partner is at work.

This session draws on over 20 years of training and experience in areas including:

  • Traumatic Brain Injury, Psychotherapy, Psychology, Counselling Skills.
  • Mindfulness and Meditation Instruction. 
  • Ayurveda, Acupressure, Lymphatic Massage, Gentle Stretching, Pain Management. 
  • Mat Pilates, Tantric Yoga, Kundalini and Kundalini Yoga, Tantra, and Somatic Body Therapy. 
  • Remedial Massage Training and Holistic Bodywork Techniques.
     

It is designed as an Alternative Session with a Difference, blending ancient wisdom with modern somatic therapy, tailored specifically for women in Canberra.
 

Alternative Session with a Difference

  1. A sacred space where body, mind, and spirit are held with reverence, care, and presence. 
  2. This session combines ancient Tantra with contemporary psychotherapy, somatic therapy, counselling, and massage techniques. 
  3. Recognition of advanced Tantra and Somatic Body Therapy training, including being one of only two men chosen between Australia and Japan for advanced training—a testament to deep expertise and devotion. 
  4. Integrates techniques in Somatic Body Therapy, Non-Clinical Psychology, Counselling, lymphatic massage, gentle guided stretching, and pain management to support clients holistically.

  1. Movement-Based Techniques: Gentle stretching, flow movements, Pilates, Tantric, and Kundalini-inspired exercises to improve body awareness and release tension. 
  2. Expressive Movement and Emotional Release: Encourages free, non-judgmental movement and expression to release stored emotions. 
  3. Mindful Walking and Nature Connection: Integrates grounding, sensory awareness, and mindfulness principles. 
  4. Body Scan Meditation and Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR): Supports awareness, relaxation, and stress reduction. 
  5. Diaphragmatic Breathing: Enhances relaxation, oxygenation, and mind-body integration. 
  6. Dance and Free Movement: Encourages creativity, emotional release, and Self-expression. 
  7. Shaking Exercises: Releases stagnant energy and tension in the body, rooted in somatic therapy and Kundalini practices. 
  8. Grounding Exercises: Reconnects clients with their present-moment sensations, enhancing emotional and energetic balance.

This session is conducted with the utmost respect, professionalism, and care. While deeply nurturing, sensual, and restorative, it is focused on full relaxation, emotional release, lymphatic flow, pain management, as much as it can, depending on what your body needs, and holistic well-being. Boundaries are always respected, and your comfort and safety are paramount.


What can stop my body and mind from totally relaxing?

  1. Unhealthy eating.
  2. Overweight for your body size.
  3. Large tummies: Excess abdominal fat, especially around the tummy area, can affect the body's natural circulation and organ function. When fat accumulates around the midsection, it can put pressure on internal structures, potentially impacting blood flow, lymphatic drainage, and even hormonal balance and cause back pain.  
  4. Vaping.
  5. Smoking.
  6. Taking drugs.
  7. Stressful job.
  8. Stressful relationship.

These are just some of the worst habits and stresses that affect our bodies and minds from healing and relaxation. 

Important Notice for safety

Can I book this session if I’m a larger size?


Your health, comfort, and safety are my top priorities, so I want every client to have a truly relaxing and safe experience.


To ensure this, I need to be upfront about the limitations of my massage table. For optimal comfort and safety for both the client and myself, my table is best suited for clients approximately size 6 to 14. This session is not suitable for larger sizes.


It’s important to be honest about your body size, as this is a safety concern. I’ve had instances where clients underestimated their size, which can make it difficult to support the body comfortably. Arms may not rest naturally, turning over can feel unsafe, and there’s a risk of falling—this has happened before, resulting in injuries.


For clients outside this size range, I highly recommend Thai massage or other therapies with extra-large tables, which allow for full support and enable you to truly relax and enjoy your session safely.
