Training costs:

$40 for 1 hr private personal training session.

$20 each for two-person training sessions. (This would be friends wanting to train together, save money and have fun together getting fit)

$15 each for a 3 to 4-person training session. (This would be for friends wanting to train together to support each other and save money) Ideal for mothers in the morning after dropping off their kids at school.


Ray also holds black belts in martial arts and teaches self-defence, and believes in the importance of fitness. He can mix a workout to suit your body and fitness level. 


As a sports massage therapist in chronic pain and injuries and a personal trainer, Ray is aware of the injuries people sustain from overtraining or being pushed to lift weights that exceed their body's capacity. Some personal trainers, who are often big bodybuilders, sometimes push their clients to lift heavier weights and not thinking about any injuries that they might have had in the past. This approach often results in the client being injured or frustrated due to struggling with heavier weights, ultimately leading to them giving up. 


You work bit by bit, and you can lift a heavier weight. Just don't overdo it, as I have seen this done many times, and they come to me to help them after they have pulled their muscles. If you just want an athlete's style body to look fit-looking without massive big muscles, then train for that and not bulk up like a bodybuilder, as everyone is different in what they want.
