Experience The Athlete Full Body Release Therapy

Athlete Full Body Muscle Release Therapy is a special blend of therapies developed by Ray Flaherty

Reduce pain and tight over worked muscles

You must have a healthy BMI for your body size; if not, I am sorry, I will not be able to lift your legs due to manual handling. I am not set up for this type of body for this session as my table is a smaller electric table and not the size of a Thai massage table, but you can book a normal remedial massage session for one hour only as I don't lift any heavy limbs in any session due to injuries I have receves over the years massaging.

What is BMI?

BMI is a measurement of a person's leanness or corpulence based on their height and weight, and is intended to quantify tissue mass. It is widely used as a general indicator of whether a person has a healthy body weight for their height. Specifically, the value obtained from the calculation of BMI is used to categorise whether a person is underweight, normal weight, overweight, or obese, depending on which range the value falls between. These ranges of BMI vary based on factors such as region and age, and are sometimes further divided into subcategories such as severely underweight or very severely obese. Being overweight or underweight can have significant health effects, so while BMI is an imperfect measure of healthy body weight, it is a useful indicator of whether any additional testing or action is required. Refer to the table below to see the different categories based on BMI that are used by the calculator.

$140 1.5-hour full-body massage with remedial to deep tissue massage, active release therapy and myofascial release to myofascial trigger point release. (Athlete-style bodies only)

The best massage for the best whole muscle release is for people who look after their health. This is more for athlete-style bodies due to the open stretching of light legs due to the weight of heavy legs.

This is a massage that covers the full body for the best muscle release of chronic pain in athletes. You are not covered by a towel, but you can wear a small G-string if you like and not full underwear, as I can't get into the glutes as good.

So if this is not what you want, please DON’T book!

It covers full breasts as most sports women wear sports bras, and some wear them too much, which doesn't allow good circulation of the breasts and pecs due to the tight fitting of a sports bra.

You will be stretched in different positions from lying on your back, front and sides to get the best stretch release for your muscles. You will have myofascial trigger points released in places you never thought would have these painful sports.

Muscles within the neck area and shoulders, arms, and full Abdominal muscles go from the ribs down to the full mounds area and if needed, the Pelvic Muscles Release. A full glute massage is outside the normal glute massage, which doesn't release all the muscles within this area, as it goes down to your tailbone area and more to give a good release with trigger point release. The full legs right up into the groin area, and all muscles that help the hips, including hip flexors, etc. The full inner thigh, hamstrings, calf, and full quads will be fully massaged, and trigger points that are found will be released.

The only parts of the body not massaged are the face and sometimes the feet.
