You must have a healthy BMI for your body size; if not, I am sorry, I will not be able to lift your legs due to manual handling. I am not set up for this type of body for this session, as my table is a smaller electric table and not the size of a Thai massage table. However, you can book a normal remedial massage session for one hour only, as I don't lift any heavy limbs in any session due to injuries I have sustained over the years of massaging.
Please tell me which massage you are after when booking.
The Athlete Full Body Release Therapy is exactly what it says. I go all over your muscle areas, and it's not limited to just your normal remedial or sports massage, as it releases areas others will not address. Our muscles are spread throughout your body, with myofascial release also covering your muscles, and these areas can become tight, so they need to be released for the best outcomes regarding chronic pain and a healthy muscle system.
What is BMI?
BMI is a measurement of a person's leanness or corpulence based on their height and weight, and it is intended to quantify tissue mass. It is widely used as a general indicator of whether a person has a healthy body weight for their height. Specifically, the value obtained from the calculation of BMI is used to categorize whether a person is underweight, normal weight, overweight, or obese, depending on which range the value falls within. These ranges of BMI vary based on factors such as region and age and are sometimes further divided into subcategories such as severely underweight or very severely obese. Being overweight or underweight can have significant health effects, so while BMI is an imperfect measure of a healthy body weight, it is a useful indicator of whether any additional testing or action is required. Refer to the table below to see the different categories based on BMI that are used by the calculator.

$150 for a 1.5-hour full-body massage that includes a sports massage, active release therapy, and myofascial release to myofascial trigger point release. (Athlete-style bodies only)
The best massage for optimal full body release therapy is for those who look after their health. This is more suitable for athlete-style bodies because of the open stretching of lighter legs compared to heavier legs.
$180 for a 2-hour full-body massage that includes sports massage, active release therapy, myofascial release, and myofascial trigger point release. (Athlete-style bodies only)
This massage covers the entire back and front of your muscle system for the best release of chronic pain in athletes and enhances muscle performance for athletes or active individuals. You are not covered by a towel, but you can wear a small G-string if you prefer, as full underwear restricts access to the glutes.
So if this is not what you want, please DON’T book this session!
It covers full breasts as most sports women wear sports bras, and some wear them too tightly, which doesn't allow good circulation of the breasts and pectoral muscles due to the tight fit of a sports bra.
You will be stretched in various positions from lying on your back, front, and sides to achieve the best muscle release. Myofascial trigger points will be released in areas you never thought could hold pain.
Muscles within the neck area, shoulders, arms, and full abdominal muscles go from the ribs down to the pelvic area. If needed, pelvic muscles will also be released. A full glute massage extends beyond the normal glute massage, addressing all muscles in this area down to your tailbone for effective trigger point release. The full legs, including the groin area and all associated muscles, like hip flexors, will be massaged. The inner thigh, hamstrings, calves, and quads will be fully addressed, including the release of any identified trigger points.
The only areas not massaged are the face and sometimes the feet.
If you're ready to experience the full benefits of full body release therapy, including myofascial release and sports massage techniques, then book your appointment today.
