This massage encompasses the entire back and front of your muscle system, providing the best release from chronic pain for athletes and enhancing muscle performance for active individuals. You won’t be covered by a towel, but you may opt to wear a small G-string if you prefer, as full tight underwear can restrict access to the full glutes. 


I avoid lifting heavy limbs in any session due to injuries sustained over the years of massaging. This is why slim, tight and fit athletes only.

The Athlete Peak Full Body Release Therapy is precisely what it promises. I address all muscle areas, extending beyond your typical remedial or sports massage, to release tight spots others may overlook. Our muscles are spread throughout the body, and myofascial release is essential for alleviating tension in these areas, which is crucial for managing chronic pain and promoting a healthy muscle system.


What is BMI?


BMI, or Body Mass Index, is a measurement that assesses a person's leanness or corpulence based on height and weight, quantifying tissue mass. It serves as a general indicator of whether a person has a healthy body weight for their height. The BMI value categorises individuals into underweight, normal weight, overweight, or obese, depending on where their value falls within these ranges. These classifications can vary by region and age and may include subcategories such as severely underweight or very severely obese. Being either overweight or underweight can significantly impact health, so while BMI is not a perfect measure of a healthy body weight, it is a useful indicator for determining if further assessment is needed. Refer to the table below to see the various categories based on BMI that are used by the calculator.

$150 for a 1.5-hour full-body massage, which includes breasts and full abdomen, that combines sports massage, active release therapy, and myofascial release techniques targeting myofascial trigger points. (Athlete-style bodies only)


The best massage for optimal full body release therapy is designed for individuals who prioritise their health. This is particularly suitable for athlete-style bodies due to the ease of stretching lighter legs compared to heavier limbs. It's not like a relaxation massage where you lie still, as in the session you stretch yourself as well as being massage.


$180 for a 2-hour full-body massage that includes sports massage, active release therapy, myofascial release, and myofascial trigger point release. (Athlete-style bodies only)

There will be a towel if you want to use it. You may opt to wear a small G-string if you prefer, as full underwear can restrict access to the glutes, and I will not pull your underwear up to massage your glutes, as it hurts my fingers.

It can address breast implants, tight or painful breasts, as many sportswomen wear sports bras that can be too tight, restricting circulation to the breasts and pectoral muscles. But doesn't have to be done.


You will experience stretching in various positions—lying on your back, front, and sides to achieve optimal muscle release. Myofascial trigger points will be targeted in areas you may not have realised were sources of pain.


Muscles in the neck, shoulders, arms, and the entire abdominal region, extending from the ribs down to the pelvic area. A comprehensive glute massage goes beyond the standard approach, addressing all muscles in this area down to your tailbone for effective trigger point release. The entire leg will be massaged, including the groin muscles and associated muscles like hip flexors. Inner thighs, hamstrings, calves, and quads will be thoroughly addressed, including the release of any identified trigger points.
