Therapeutic full breast massage includes the full nipple area. This massage is a soft slow massage due to the make-up of the breast system! Anyone who tries to do a heavy massage on the breasts is not trained as it can do damage to the breast tissue.

If you feel a lump, have nipple discharge, or notice skin changes, see your healthcare professional. Don't let a doctor or the place you get the test from convince you that the lump you found is nothing, he/she has no real idea. Biopsy is better and will show if there is a problem or not!
My wife lumped, and it was breast cancer, the place my wife was sent to decided not to do the Biopsy as they said it would not be cancer as it was too small. I contacted the GP and told him what they said, as I disagreed and was not happy; he sent my wife back and demanded they do the Biopsy test he asked for in the first place. It turned out my wife had breast cancer, don't play with your life! So, for your peace of mind get a biopsy as this should tell you more than guesswork.
