This is not for male sports teams!  I do not work with male football teams. 


I work by myself and don't employ other massage therapists to help me, as I don't want anyone to be disappointed with the massage, or if the person doesn't turn up. I take responsibility for all my massages so I make sure they are good.

When 4 or more players from the same sports team book appointments and are regular attendees:

  • Each athlete receives a discounted treatment rate or a complimentary session extension and myofascial cupping.

  • Myofascial Cupping: Uses negative pressure to create space between fascial layers,      promoting vasodilation (increased blood flow) and reducing mechanical restriction in the connective tissue.
  • Active Stretch Therapy:  Targeted active stretches for tight muscle groups with guided muscle contractions against light resistance. 
  • Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and assisted stretching to improve functional range of motion and neuromuscular control.
